Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to the purchase of GreaseAway products and related services supplied by Actem Environmental Limited.

As GreaseAway systems are supplied primarily to commercial customers and may be manufactured or configured for specific installations, refunds are limited to the circumstances described below.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to manufacture, dispatch, or installation by contacting Actem Environmental Limited.

If an order is cancelled before production or dispatch, a full refund may be issued.

If manufacture or preparation has already begun, cancellation may be subject to reasonable administrative or manufacturing costs.

3. Returns

Products may only be returned with prior approval from Actem Environmental Limited.

Returned products must:

be unused

be in their original condition

include all supplied components and documentation

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

If a GreaseAway product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, customers must notify Actem Environmental Limited as soon as reasonably possible.

Where a fault is confirmed, Actem Environmental Limited may:

repair the product

replace the product

issue a refund where repair or replacement is not practical.

5. Installation Services

Where installation services have been provided, refunds will not normally be issued once installation work has been completed.

If installation services cannot be completed due to circumstances outside the control of Actem Environmental Limited, reasonable charges may apply for work already carried out.

6. Custom or Special Orders

Products manufactured or customised for a specific project may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

This includes systems manufactured to specific sizing or installation requirements.

7. Processing Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
